This is a very easy, quick and flavoursome side dish or a simple snack with some bread and hummus or aioli. Make sure not to bake it too long so that the cauliflower keeps its crunchiness. You can spice it up with a pinch of chili pepper.

1/2 cauliflower
2 teaspoons turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven at 220ÂșC.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and discard the leaves and stem.
  3. Combine with the rest of the ingredients and spread on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes golden brown.
